Vamos a Colombia!

Yep – Colombia here we come! As blog tradition dicates, we must write a ‘Vamos’ post before each border crossing – it’s now a form of ritual for us 🙂

We are in Peru in ‘blog time’ currently, but in real life we are going to be in Colombia in about 17 hours if all goes well.

Tomorrow’s journey is from Otavalo, Ecuador to Ipiales, Colombia and involves 2 buses and 2 taxis – not as straightforward as we generally like it… but what can you do?

Ecuador has been REALLY great, especially Galapagos – hopefully we will write blog posts about Ecuador in the not too distant future… 🙂
