Goodbye clothes…

Travelling for two years tends to take its toll on the clothes that are carried during the journey. We managed to wear out quite a few items of clothing, and even the best footwear is not going to last two years if used very day. Whenever something was worn out or replaced we had a ceremony. The ceremony involved taking a photo of the departing object(s), and also if the departing object was being replaced, then a photo side-by-side of its replacement was deemed in order.

I’m sure that you are just desperate to see the gallery of departing clothes 🙂 And so here it is…

CC wearing new trainers, next to old trainers.
Shorts on the way out…
Shorts on the way in – NEW SHORTS! (Yes, I know these photos should have been side-by-side.)
New hat and old hat.
A selection of worn-out clothes…
CC’s worn out clothes on the bed.
PB says goodbye to some clothes – including his rain jacket from 2008…
Bye bye jumpers…

Was that the least interesting post of the blog so far? 🙂
